Before I began training with O.J. I was REALLY struggling with interval training and weight loss.
It was weird because I was good at coming to the gym regularly, but when it came to an exercise routine I was clueless. I was gaining weight and had a very poor diet. I knew if I didn’t make a change soon, I would be wasting my money at the gym and wouldn’t have ever seen improvement. So I tried video exercise routines but that didn’t work. Then I tried meal replacement shakes and even though that helped a little, I still wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. It wasn’t until I began working with O.J. that I realized what my real problem was, which was not shocking my body with change in my routine. But due to all my failures and being burned before, I came really close to NOT continuing exercise for feeling unable to obtain my desired goals. But I decided to take a chance and work with O.J. and I’m SO happy I did. Now I have a better understanding of interval training. I'm more effective in my weight loss and this makes me feel good about myself. I know this will lead to my long-term over all health. It’s the best decision I ever made. I would pay TEN times the price to do it over again. So if you’re on the fence with on working with O.J., I’d say its a fantastic opportunity and just do it."
